WHAT IS COACHING – HOW CAN IT HELP

There are times, in pretty much everyone’s life, when we reach a point where things either feel ‘all too much’, or conversely ‘just not enough’.  

Life can throw challenges and curveballs that can knock us sideways, and lets face it, in those times we could all do with someone who can help us navigate through the choppy waters. 

Interestingly whichever end you are coming from, the questions are broadly still the same… ‘How the heck did I get here’, and ‘How can I get somewhere else that feels better’. Having a qualified coach who can lovingly accept you right where you are; help reflect the reality of where you find yourself back to you, as well as gently coax your authentic self out from under the layers of social and familial conditioning, is worth its weight in gold.   

You will experience being listened to without judgement. Respectfully and empathically, have your limiting beliefs challenged with humour, compassion and kindness and always with your best interest at heart.  You will be taught how to release the stranglehold you have on your over-used mind, and instead, learn how to reconnect to this other wisdom, made up from your physical body (such as your second brain/gut reaction), your intuition, your emotions and your energetic reads; a method, known as ‘Heart Intelligence’. The benefit to being coached via the Heart Intelligence methodology is that you are guided to use the wisdom from your whole being, rather than just the mind (which is unreliable and only a fraction of what is available to you). 

By becoming more aware of what is authentically ‘you’ and conversely, of all the conditioned thoughts/beliefs that try to hijack us, we can make better choices, which in turn gives us more freedom and ultimately more inner peace.

In todays world ‘disconnection’ seems to be the biggest factor to our discontent.  Two of the most common issues facing people today are depression and anxiety.  Feelings of anxiety ultimately come from a fear of trusting; not trusting it will work out, not trusting others, not trusting the Universe has your back, not trusting yourself…. 

Many learned scholars believe aside from endocrine imbalances (which can be addressed through practices such as Kundalini Yoga), Depression in and of itself is the result of a pattern of repressing our authentic selves – you simply cannot be depressed and be living your truth as the two things are wholly incompatible. If you are suffering from either of these, please know that it is not your fault, they are coping mechanisms devised because it had never been safe to show up as the real you before.

By taking time to reconnect with all your innate and underused wisdom; by building a relationship with yourself again, you will begin to trust in yourself, and trust you have the resources needed to move forward joyfully, (even if that resource is allowing yourself to ask for help). 

This is YOUR personal journey; my role is as your guide, and because everyone has blind spots, I will show you with gentle humour and kindness how your perceptions are not the only reality.

I understand the fear of moving away from the ‘comfort zones’ and will encourage you to come to your own profound insights from which you will feel able to pursue your goals and dreams with more confidence and clarity.

They literally just walk into a room and it instantly lights up. Their authenticity brings others close, instilling an air of peace and harmony. Having Heart Intelligence is a way of life, not a one-time process. The more you focus on HIQ practices, the more frequently you experience incredible inner peace and joy and the quicker you can get back on track when you inevitably stray off course during a ‘storm’

The first Consultation will last 1 hour and 15 minutes, where we will both get a good idea of what can be achieved and whether it is a good fit.  This is a good option to take at the start so you can feel confident about investing in a package.  Single sessions thereafter are 60 minutes and are typically taken for clients who are returning for just a couple of top up sessions.
