Dear friends,
Yesterday marked a significant energetic turning point.
Neptune has just moved into Aries, beginning a brand-new cycle that won’t repeat for another 165 years. This is not just a personal shift – it’s a collective one. A profound and irreversible reset
Neptune governs our dreams, ideals, spirituality, compassion, and the invisible threads that connect us to one another and to something greater than ourselves.
Over the past fourteen years, while Neptune has been moving through Pisces, we’ve seen a huge softening and opening: spirituality becoming more mainstream, deeper emotional and trauma-informed healing, renewed interest in astrology, plant medicines, energy work, and the unseen dimensions of life.
For many, this has been a time of remembering – of feeling more, sensing more, and reconnecting to intuition and soul.
And yet, Pisces energy also has its shadows. It can blur boundaries. It can invite escapism, overwhelm, or spiritual bypassing – drifting, dissolving, or waiting for something outside ourselves to save us.
That chapter is now gently closing.
As Neptune enters Aries, the energy changes tone. Aries is the spark. The initiator. The inner fire that says “I am here, and I choose to act.”
This shift asks us to bring our dreams down into the body and into lived experience. To move from vision into courageous, imperfect action. To stop looking away from the places in our lives where clarity, honesty, or boundaries are needed.
You may notice this stirring as a restlessness, a quiet urgency, or a deep inner knowing that something needs to change – not someday, but now.
At the same time, we’re living through an extraordinary moment astrologically, with strong Aquarian themes emphasising community, individuality, innovation, and collective responsibility. We’re being reminded that our uniqueness matters – and that it’s through our differences that new ways of living can emerge.
Yes, the world can feel heavy and intense right now. There is grief, uncertainty, and a lot that feels broken. With Saturn and Neptune both moving into Aries over this period, there may be moments of volatility – but also enormous potential for re-building in more conscious, courageous ways.
You are not meant to fix everything.
And you are not meant to do it alone.
Change begins in small, meaningful acts:
• tending to your nervous system
• honouring your needs and truth
• standing up for yourself where you once stayed silent
• showing up for your community in the ways that feel aligned and sustainable
Neptune is the planet of dreams.
Aries is the sign of action.
So perhaps the invitation now is simple:
What is the world you long to live in – and what is one small step you can take toward it?
I’ll be weaving this energy into our upcoming gatherings, practices, and meditations, holding space for both the tenderness of what we’re leaving behind and the courage of what’s being born.
As always, thank you for walking this path with me.
We are learning, remembering, and creating together.
With love
Penny xx
