1. CAN I GIVE PLANT SUPPLEMENTS TO MY TEENAGER
We are not Doctors and would always advise you consulting yours, however the indigenous people who have been using for hundreds of years do so with the whole family, including nursing mothers, and the reports we have had back from the community support that. They have found it working incredibly well for their anxious teens who are trying to study for exams.
2. WHAT IF I WENT LONGER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE TAKING A 10 DAY BREAK WITH THE SUPPLEMENTS
You will not do your self any harm, the point of the break is to allow the body to ‘reset’ so that you do not get too accustomed to it. The reset allows the body to keep learning. Just take a break wherever you noticed it and keep journaling your response. These things happen for a reason and might have given you a new learning.. be gentle with yourself <3
3. CAN I TAKE MY PLANT SUPPLEMENTS AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY
Yes – take whenever it suits you, but we recommend a time where you can be quiet and reflective. Some people ind that it makes them more energised so better for them to take in the morning, where others find it helps them have a more restful sleep. this is your individual journey so please feel into whatever works best – and journalling will help you to work that out.
4. DO I HAVE TO BE OFF DEPRESSION MEDS TO TAKE PLANT SUPPLEMENTS
Please consult your Doctor for your specific circumstances. In the community we have had reports back from people who have used both, and from people who have naturally lowered their meds over time.by introducing the plant supplements. Remember this is ‘micro-dosing’.. the amount of MAO-I is very small, yet the receptors we have to the natural plant alkaloids are comparatively big
5. CAN I ORDER MORE THAN FIVE BOTTLES OF PLANT SUPPLEMENTS AT A TIME

6. WHY HAS MY DELIVERY GOT YUCCKY PLASTIC IN?
Please rest assured we do not invest in plastic internal packaging, however we believe strongly in recycling so use clean recycled bubble wrap along with shredded paper we take in from the local community.
7. WHAT DELIVERY ISSUES MIGHT I NEED TO BE AWARE OF?
Please note that whilst Caapi is legal in all countries except France and Australia, each country has its own importing rules, therefore we request doing your own country checks before purchasing and inform us of your instructions after ordering. Customers must understand that we will do our best to package and send paperwork as per your request, however we cannot resell your product once it’s left our premises should it be returned. Refunds will not be given for postage, and only be given on products on a case by case basis by prior agreement. Customers also need to be aware that there may be VAT to be paid if your order value is above a certain threshold.
