There is much research on the benefits of guided meditations as a highly effective tool to help work with the body mind connection. Fundamentally all deep healing needs to involve both body and mind as they are so intrinsically linked. Treating one without the other is unlikely to have lasting impact, but when you can work with both that is where the magic truly happens.
